Our extensive due diligence includes a detailed property and price analysis report, which will enable you to establish what a property is worth prior to starting the negotiation process.
We can also organize building and pest inspections and a review of the contract and Section 32 by your solicitor or legal representative.
Our team of buyer’s agents use their extensive experience to secure your property at the best possible price and the best possible conditions for you, irrespective of the method of sale.
We offer a suite of services that we are able to tailor to your needs. Each property purchase is different and each client will have individual circumstances in which they purchase but our end goal is always the same. To buy you a high performing investment property at the best price possible.
Full Premium Service
This is our most popular service. We understand that it can be time consuming and stressful to search for property. That’s why we take all of the “legwork” and research out of your hands, but at the same time keep you informed and updated throughout the entire process.
Our Premium Service includes regular online searches and sourcing off-market properties, unlimited inspections, independent assessments with detailed reports and negotiating the successful purchase. We keep working until your ideal property has been purchased.
Assess & Negotiate
The Assess and Negotiate service is suitable if you would like to do the property search for yourself, or you have already found the property you would like to buy.
We will inspect the property, prepare a detailed, independent property report and price analysis and negotiate the purchase on your behalf.
We can also organise building and pest inspections and a review of the contract and Section 32 by a solicitor or legal representative if required.
This service is for those who are uncomfortable with the auction bidding process or are simply not going to be available on the day of the auction.
You can tap into our decades of experience and proven auction bidding strategies and be assured an experienced professional is representing your best interests.
Full Premium Service
1.5% to 2% (+GST)
of the purchase price
Generally, this service is between 1.5 and 2% (+GST) of the purchase price. This fee is made up of an initial engagement fee of $2,000. The remaining balance is paid on success, when we have secured your property (called the ‘success fee’). This means the engagement fee is part of the total fee and not in addition.
We also offer a ‘fixed fee’ option.
Assess & Negotiate
0.75% to 1% (+GST)
of the purchase price
Generally, this service is between 0.75 and 1% (+GST) of the purchase price.
This fee is made up of an initial engagement fee of $1,000 +GST, with the remaining balance paid on successfully securing your property (called the ‘success fee’).
We also have a ‘fixed fee’ option.
starting at $500 (+GST)
Auction bidding fees are generally fixed upfront and an engagement fee is payable in advance of auction day.
The initial engagement fee is between $500 and $1000 +GST. And only upon securing the property is the success fee paid. Generally this is between $500 and $1000 depending on requirements.
This means it could be as little as $500 to have an expert represent you on the day.
There is no charge to chat with us or sit down with us for a one hour consultation and it’s completely obligation free. We use this meeting to fully assess your specific requirements and answer any questions you may have about our service.
