Buying your dream home can be a stressful process at the best of times. Choosing the right home is a big emotional and financial commitment.
Why not let experts take charge of the process and get back your time, save money and reduce stress?
National Property Buyers have the knowledge to separate good property from bad and the experience to deal with highly skilled selling agents.
Luxury property selling agents are very good at what they do – they represent the vendor exclusively and are employed to achieve them the best possible result. This is a process they conduct almost every day of their working lives – therefore without support, you’re up against a formidable opponent.
When purchasing in the higher price bracket there’s a fine line in the negotiating process that has the potential to either save or lose you many thousands of dollars. You must be able to accurately and unemotionally access the property and have the expertise to deal with the vendor’s skilled selling agent.
Our buyer agents are equally as skilled and represent the purchaser exclusively. We have the expertise to make sure our clients always achieve the best possible result.

We can discuss your property goals and answer your questions.
The ‘high-end’ can be a different property market altogether. It’s more private.
However, before you can even begin to negotiate you have to find the right property.
We have access to many off-market properties most buyers simply won’t see, and through our extensive network of contacts in agencies all over Melbourne, we’ll ensure no stone remains unturned when it comes to finding you that perfect property.
Our excellent rapport with selling agents means we receive notice of properties coming onto the market well before the general public will see them, and in some cases, we secure a deal for our clients before they get a chance to hit the mainstream advertising platforms.
Why work with us?
We can manage the entire purchasing process, including all the paperwork if required.
We work with you to understand every aspect of your ideal requirements including budgets, locations, required amenities, and your specific living needs.
We’re professionally detached. We are not emotionally involved, and we will complete extensive due diligence, providing you with valuable insights, including an unbiased opinion on price and what the vendor’s motivation is for selling. We will provide considered advice and guidance enabling you to make informed and qualified decisions.
We will strategise different negotiation tactics including the when, how and why. We will represent you at auction if required, and control the auction, eliminating stress and anxiety, and of course saving you money at every opportunity.
We can provide a one-stop-shop service if you need – including but not limited to referrals for solicitors, building inspectors, mortgage brokers and more.
We are your personal property concierge providing a one-stop-shop that will maximise your chances of securing your ideal prestige home.
Antony Bucello, Director
At National Property Buyers we understand that it can be time-consuming and stressful to search for property. That’s why we take all of the “legwork” and research out of your hands, but at the same time keep you informed and updated throughout the entire process.
We understand that each situation is different and we are happy to tailor a service to suit your unique requirements, however, for simplicity we have broken our buyer advocacy process into three main steps.
Our comprehensive search process is designed to save you valuable time and stress by undertaking all the due diligence and legwork to find your ideal property. We will source options from both advertised and non-advertised (ie “off-market”) industry databases and contacts, as well as properties that are not advertised to the general public, ensuring that no stone is left unturned throughout the search.
Our extensive due diligence will include a detailed property report and price analysis made available to you, which will enable you to establish the value of the property prior to starting the negotiation process. We also can organise all other inspections and reviews, including building and pest inspections and a review of contracts by your solicitor or legal representative.
Negotiating with Sales Agents to get the best result for the buyer can be a challenging task, particularly for the inexperienced. We thrive on this and have extensive negotiation experience. We use this experience and will work hard to ensure you make your purchase under the best possible conditions and for the lowest possible price.
We offer a suite of services that we are able to tailor to your needs. Each property purchase is different and each client will have individual circumstances in which they purchase but our end goal is always the same. To buy your ideal property for the best conditions at the lowest possible price.

The Secret Sauce
When selecting a Buyer’s Agent, you are entrusting them with (one of) your biggest financial investments, you need to know they are working as hard as possible for you.
We believe statistics alone don’t give you the information you need to make a good purchase. They are only one aspect – past performance, predicted growth, median house prices are all important but actively knowing the market you work in is crucial!
You want your Buyer Agent physically viewing the property themselves. And not just the property, but the street and surrounds as well. You want in-depth knowledge of the suburb, including the reputations of local schools, plans for new infrastructure and real travel times. Relationships with local sales agents, allowing them access to pre-listing or off-market properties to ensure no stone is left unturned is vital. You want them being honest with you and recommending against a property even if it has you seeing stars in your eyes. We do this at the lost of quick fee because we know the there are better-matched properties out there for you. You want a Buyer Agent that will not only share their honest feedback but listen to yours as the final decision always remains with our client and we will proceed under their instruction.
But how do we identify the right property for you? We call it – The 3 P’s.
Property. Position. Price.
Each criterion is linked with one another and depending on your individual requirements weighted differently. For example, a purchaser may want to be beachside in Brighton or want a period (character) home on a tree-lined street in the City of Boroondara. Another purchaser may be flexible on an inner-city location but require a new build with a pool and tennis court. Once we establish your 3 P’s the search can commence. We continue to refine our understanding of your requirements as we shortlist and review properties until we find the ideal match of property, position and price.

We are very proud of our success rate with clients and believe our 5 Star Google Rating reflects the amount of time and energy we dedicate to each engagement. A job well done to us is when we have exceeded our client’s expectations and we are always humbled and grateful when a client takes the time to write us a testimonial and thanks us for assisting them on their journey.
We lived in Melbourne a few years ago. On returning to Melbourne we thought that it would be easy to find a property that matched our specifications, in our preferred area, and within our budget. It was far from easy, and we wasted time and effort viewing and researching unsuitable properties that did not match all or some of our criteria. We urgently needed a Buyers Advocate to search, assess and negotiate for us.
Antony Bucello referred us to Robert di Vita, and Robert became our mentor. His professional manner, enthusiasm, in- depth knowledge and contacts in the property market, made our search for our ‘perfect property’ enjoyable and constructive. Robert steered us away from considering one bad choice, which we otherwise might have settled on.
Our near perfect property, that matched all our criteria, was a property suggested by Robert, and one that we had overlooked when searching in property websites. We viewed it, loved it, and Robert’s negotiating skills got a sale price agreed that was well within our budget.
